This is an appeal from the following judgment:

"FINAL JUDGMENT
"This cause came on to be heard upon testimony taken and evidence produced at an oral hearing at which the Plaintiffs were represented by Attorney Jesse P. Evans, III, the Defendants were represented by Attorney Charles S. Wagner, and the Intervening Defendants were represented by Attorney Patrick H. Boone. Based upon such testimony and evidence, the Court makes the following findings of fact:
"1. The property which is the subject of this cause is a tract of approximately 8.2 acres lying in the Northeast quarter of the Southwest…
