Thé administrator of the estate of Karl H. Marschall, deceased, sought recovery of an amount allegedly due under a group travel insurance policy written by the defendant insurance companies providing coverage, inter alia, for accidental death. At issue was whether de-cendent was an insured employee under the terms of the policy.
