MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
FULLAM, Senior District Judge.
This action arises under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), 42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq., the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act (PHRA), 42 Pa. Cons.Stat. Ann. § 951 et seq., and the Rehabilitation Act, 29 U.S.C. § 701 et seq. The plaintiff is George Koslow, formerly employed as a water treatment plant supervisor at the State Correctional Institution at Grater-ford.
