This is a proceeding to contest the validity of a codicil to a will. Thresea Clark, the testatrix, died testate on April 30, 1924, and left surviving her four children, who were her sole heirs at law. Of these one is the contestant. Two are the proponents of the will, and the fourth is not made a party to these proceedings. There is no allegation or proof of fraud, coercion, duress or undue influence, nor is there any contention that the codicil was not executed with all of the formalities required by law.
