¶ 1 Appellants, Dennis L. and Betty J. Meyer, appeal from the order entered on November 26, 2002. We affirm.
¶ 2 The factual and procedural history of the case is as follows. Appellants own an interest in real property located in the Cayman Section of the Treasure Lake Subdivision (“Treasure Lake”) of Sandy Township, Clearfield County, Pennsylvania.
