This matter is before the court on defendants’, Russ Pipher, individually and as administrator of the estate of Marie Ann Pipher, Calidad Auto Tech Products Inc., a/k/a C.A.T. Products, a/k/a Run-Rite, preliminary objections to plaintiff’s, Leslie Abramowitz, administrator of the estate of Susan Abramowitz, complaint. The plaintiff initiated this action by complaint filed May 3,2006.
