In this action for personal injuries arising out of an automobile collision the jury returned a verdict for the defendant. After an unsuccessful motion for new trial plaintiff appealed. The collision occurred on October 17, 1966, at the intersection of Tholozan and McCausland Avenues in the City of St. Louis. Plaintiff was a passenger in a car driven by Mrs. Barbara Mohr and was traveling east on Tholozan. Defendant was driving north on McCausland.
