Englewood Community Apartments, a limited partnership, and its limited partners named above (Englewood) appeal from an order dismissing their complaint against Alexander Grant & Co. (Grant), with prejudice for failure to comply with certain discovery requirements. Englewood contends that the trial court abused its discretion in dismissing the complaint because Englewood acted in good faith and because less severe sanctions were available. We are persuaded that the trial court sufficiently explained its exercise of discretion and that the expressed rationale is supported by the record.…
