The Trial Committee of the Kentucky State Bar Association found Jackson Morris, a member of the Jef ferson County Bar, guilty of unprofessional conduct and recommended, in 1940, that he he suspended from the practice of law for a period of six months, and also that he make full restitution of the money taken from the complainant, plus interest thereon from the date the money was received by him.
