OPINION

THOMAS L. PERKINS, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter came before the Court for trial on the Complaint filed by the Chapter 7 Trustee, Gary T. Rafool, (“TRUSTEE”) against the Debtor, Todd A. Wilson (“DEBTOR”), to deny his discharge. The TRUSTEE brings his complaint based upon three alternative theories under Sections 727(a)(2)(A), (a)(4)(A) and (a)(4)(D). Because the Court finds that the DEBTOR’S discharge should be denied under Section 727(a)(4)(A) based upon his failure to disclose a prepetition transfer of his interest in his house on the statement of financial affairs and at the first…
