The state of Montana, at the relation of its attorney .general, has instituted this proceeding in- mandamus to compel the stenographer of Department II of the district court of Silver Bow county to furnish a copy, written out at length, of the testimony and proceedings upon a trial involving the validity of two supposed wills.
