WEINFELD, District Judge.
Plaintiff, a foreign corporation with its principal office in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, commenced this action against the defendants to recover damages for alleged breach of contract.
Each defendant served a notice to take the deposition of the plaintiff .by two of its agents, D. C. Oswald, a resident of New York City, and A. W. Alexander, a resident of Vancouver. The defendant Gold-stone also seeks to examine “such other officers and employees of said plaintiff as have knowledge of the matters involved in this action.”
