The question of jurisdiction needs no very extended treatment, because it is governed by the decision of this court in a case where the ancillary or auxiliary jurisdiction of the courts of the United States, when they have possession of property by receivers, and are engaged in administering the trusts pertaining to it, had elaborate consideration, and a full examination of the authorities relating to *636that subject.
