¶1 This matter returns to the Court for determination of the Cross-Appellants’ appeal from the District Court’s rejection of their claim for attorneys’ fees. In the previous appeal, we reversed the District Court’s grant of summary judgment for the Cross-Appellants and held that their cross-appeal on the attorneys’ fee issue was moot.
