STATEMENT OF THE CASE

William and Debbie Raider ("Raiders") appeal a small claims judgment of $300.00 against them as tenants in favor of David Pea ("Pea") as landlord for damages arising from an oral rental agreement. The trial court denied the Raiders' counterclaim for return of their $800.00 security deposit, attorney's fees and court costs. We affirm.

ISSUE
