MARY F. WALRATH, Bankruptcy Judge.

Before the Court is the Motion filed by the Liquidator of Credit General Insurance Company and Credit General Indemnity Company (collectively “CGIC”) to Dismiss or Stay the above adversary action. The issue presented is whether the McCarran-Ferguson Act prevents this Court from exercising jurisdiction over the chapter 11 Trustee’s suit which seeks a determination that CGIC is liable to the estate for preferential or fraudulent transfers, solely as an objection to the proof of claim filed by CGIC.
