Before the Court is Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6) (“Motion to Dismiss”) (Doc. # 11) filed by Defendants Travelers Indemnity Company of America and Travelers Property Casualty Insurance Company (collectively, “Travelers”).
