The plaintiff proceeds by rule against the Moss Hotel Company, Limited, Edward Nereaux, M. F. Smith, L. B. Delahoussaye, Alphonse Lacour, Ralph Landry, and Jos. Maniscako to compel them each to pay a license of $1,000 as retail liquor dealers in New Iberia for the year 1904.
