The action is brought to recover a license tax due under the provisions of an ordinance of the board of police of the town of Opelousas.

*700The suit is brought in tho name of “the town of Opelousas ex rel. Chas. M. Thompson, president, and of Moses Green, Victor Lastrapes, II. E. Estorgo, Emile Peffercour, George Pulford and James Lasalle, members of the board of police of said town.” The first objection is that the suit should have been brought in tho name of “ the board of police of the town of Opelousas,” which is the corporate title under tho…
