ORME, Judge:

Defendant Bradley “Chick” Davis appeals his convictions for possession of cocaine and methamphetamine with intent to distribute, both second degree felonies, in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 58-37-8 (1998);1 possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, a third degree felony, in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 58-37-8 (1998); possession of drug paraphernalia, a class B misdemeanor, in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 58-37a-5 (1998); and possession of stolen property, a class B misdemeanor, in violation of Utah Code Ann. §§ 76-6-408 (1995) and 76-6-412 (Supp.1997).…
