ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFFS’ MOTION FOR DEFAULT JUDGMENT

OTERO, District Judge.

This matter is before this court on Plaintiffs Elektra Entertainment Group, UMG *391Recording, Capital Records, and Sony Music Entertainment’s (“Plaintiffs”) Application for Default Judgment by the court pursuant to Rule 55(b)(2) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (“Fed. R. Civ.P.”) and Local Rule 55. On September 9, 2004, default was entered against Defendant Joel A. Crawford (“Defendant”). For the reasons stated below, the court GRANTS the Motion for Default Judgment.
