Plaintiffs Disney Enterprises, Inc.; Columbia Pictures Industries, Inc.; Warner Bros. Entertainment, Inc.; and Lions Gate Films, Inc. (collectively “Plaintiffs”) filed a motion for entry of default judgment (Court File No. 7). Plaintiffs’ motion for default judgment was referred to Magistrate Judge Susan K.
