Defendants are the owners of an 11 acre tract of land, situated in Marion Township, Franklin County, Ohio. Plaintiffs are the owners of and reside on neighboring property. This is an action brought under authority of §303.24 R. C. (§3180-24 GC) to permanently enjoin the defendants from constructing, establishing or operating a trailer park on their 11 acre tract of land on the ground that such would be a violation of the provisions of the County Zoning Resolution which became effective as to the area in question on May 20, 1952.
