On or about March 10, 2013, the Petitioner Vince McLeod (the “Petitioner”) filed a Petition in the Supreme Court of the State of New York, County of Nassau against the Respondent Verizon New York, Inc. (“Verizon” or the “Respondent”), pursuant to Article 78 of the New York Civil Practice Law and Rules (“CPLR”).
