By this appeal Guaranty National Insurance Company (“Guaranty National”), appellant and garnishee, seeks reversal of the judgment against it as insurer of Key Security Police, Inc. (“Key Security”), judgment debtor, in favor of Auerbach Company (“Auerbach”), respondent and garnish- or.
