The People appeal the trial court's order dismissing two counts of first degree burglary brought against defendant, William Charles Collins, on the basis that probable cause was not established at the preliminary hearing. We affirm.

Defendant and three companions were stopped in their car and questioned by police investigating a reported burglary. After the burglary victim was brought to the seene of the stop and identified the three companions as the men who had entered her home, all four men were arrested.
