Dorcas White (“White”) brings this action against the State of Connecticut Department of Children and Families (“DCF”), setting forth claims for racial discrimination in violation of 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. (“Title VII”) and the Connecticut Fair Employment Practices Act, Conn. GemStat. § 46a-60 et seq. (“CFE-PA”) and for retaliation against her for exercising her rights under the Connecticut Workers’ Compensation Act, Conn. Gen.Stat. § 31-275 et seq. The defendant has moved for summary judgment on all claims.…
