Plaintiffs Wessley Laroque, Jean Claude Saint-Eloi, Jean Lisvonce, and Brant Bis-sainthe were all employed, for varying amounts of time between 2001 and 2006, by defendant Domino’s Pizza, LLC (“Domino’s”) as delivery drivers at the Domino’s store located at 900 Coney Island Avenue, Brooklyn, NY, 11218 (the “Coney Island Store”).
