At Butte in said District this 26th day of February, 1986.

In this Chapter 7 proceeding the Debtor has listed as a creditor the Holiday Shopping Center, based on a Judgment entered in a criminal cause in state court wherein Debtor was ordered to make restitution as part of the criminal sentence. On October 18, 1985, David A.
