Complainants, thirty-six in number, are members of the Needle Trades Workers Industrial Union, lately employed by defendant in its factory at Fair Lawn. With half a dozen other men, complainants comprised all defendant's employes engaged in the actual work of dressing rabbit skins.

In August last, defendant's employes, including complainants, went on strike. Defendant immediately got in touch with a rival union, the International Fur Workers Union, and soon agreed to hire only its members and not to recognize or deal with the union to which complainants belong.
