This is an appeal from a judgment rendered in plaintiff’s favor in an action brought to recover for fraud and deceit allegedly practiced by defendants Paul Larkin, Elsie Lark-in, and Joe Gibson, in a transaction growing out of an option agreement executed by plaintiff.
