This is a bill for infringement of claims 1, 2, and 7 of letters patent No. 590,675, issued September 28, 1897, for new and useful improvements in ore concentrators. It contains the usual prayer for injunction, accounting, and damages. The defenses, upon which the defendants rely, in the order in which they will be considered, are:(1) That as to the defendant Dunham, there is no proof in support of the allegations of the bill that he is connected in any way with the alleged infringement.(2) That the patent in suit, as to all the claims in issue, is destitute of…
