Citibank (South Dakota), N.A., 143 N.J. 35, 668 A.2d 1036 rev’g 272 N.J.Super. 435, 640 A.2d 325 (1994), also decided today. Here, New Jersey credit-card holders challenge the legality of late-payment fees assessed by Greenwood Trust, a federally-insured state bank chartered in Delaware.
