This is an appeal of a medical malpractice case in which the trial court granted summary judgment in favor of the medical defendants. Appellant, Michelle Denise Preble, filed suit against appellees Ronald L. Young, M.D., Ronald L. Young, M.D., P.A., Diagnostic Center Hospital, Inc. and Mei Lau, R.N., 1 asserting causes of action for medical malpractice and assault and battery for personal injuries she suffered during a 1992 operation.
