Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 (transferred to this court by order of the Supreme Court, entered in Albany County) to review two determinations of respondent which, inter alia, suspended petitioner’s repair shop registration for 15 days.

Petitioner operates a motor vehicle repair shop in Monroe *752County. In 1987, a patron complained about work performed by petitioner in attempting to repair the patron’s car.
