Plaintiff, Ronald J. Meadows, an inmate at the Shelby County Correctional Center, (SCCC), has filed another series of complaints under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, against various SCCC employees. 1

This particular member of the series again seeks to elevate to federal status disputes with SCCC officials arising out of plaintiff’s disagreement with them over the balance in his commissary account.
