OPINION
SHARPE, Justice.
This appeal is from a judgment rendered after jury trial in a workmen’s compensation case that Brígida L. Rivas, appellant, widow of Nicolas Beltran Rivas, take nothing against United States Fire Insurance Company, appellee.
Appellant’s claim arose out of the death of her husband who on May 25, 1969 in Hidalgo County, Texas, sustained an accidental injury in the course of his employment for the LaMantia-Cullum-Collier & Co., Inc., for which company appellee was workmen’s compensation insurance carrier.
