This is a workmen’s compensation case. Petitioner alleged that while engaged in work for his employer he suffered injuries to his left foot and right elbow which resulted in total and permanent disability. At the trial he introduced testimony of lay witnesses and one medical expert which, if believed, would have sustained a finding of total and permanent disability.
