¶ 1. Juanita Randall appeals an order entered in probate proceedings relating to her mother's estate. The respondent, Wayne Felt, who is Randall's brother, objected to the inventory Randall filed as personal representative of the estate. Randall claims the probate court erred in concluding that issue preclusion prevents her from asserting that two accounts she held jointly with her mother passed to her by right of survivorship, and in ordering that the accounts therefore be inventoried in the estate as property subject to administration.
