OPINION

{¶ 1} Appellant Gregory Scott Nottingham challenges his conviction in the Belmont County Court of Common Pleas on one count of fleeing from a police officer after being signaled to stop, a third degree felony. Appellant drove at a high rate of speed through Bridgeport, drove the wrong way in a highway exit lane, and was eventually forced to a stop by multiple police cruisers. He was convicted on the charge and was given two years of community control sanctions.
