{¶ 1} Appellant Vincent A. Perry appeals his conviction and sentencing entry filed on December 23, 2016 in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court. Appellant presents speedy trial, ineffective assistance of counsel, merger, and consecutive sentencing arguments. Appellant's speedy trial, ineffective assistance of counsel, and merger arguments are without merit. However, the trial court failed to properly incorporate the consecutive sentence findings pursuant to R.C. 2929.14(C) within its sentencing entry.
