The parties, residents of Grand Rapids, were married on December 3, 1932, at Elk-hart, Indiana. At that time the plaintiff, John J. Farley, a widower, was 66 years of age and the defendant, Faith Irene Farley, then already twice divorced, was 32.. The couple did hot live together, after their immediate return to Grand Rapids, until about a year and a half later when they made their home in one of the plaintiff’s several houses.
