MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Plaintiffs Derrick Phipps (“Phipps”), Kevin House (“House”), Kenneth Courtney, (“Courtney”), and James Grant (“Grant”) have brought a class action suit against the Sheriff of Cook County (“the Sheriff’) and Cook County, Illinois (“the County”) (together, “defendants”), alleging violations of section 202 of the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), 42 U.S.C. § 12132, and section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act (“RA”), 29 U.S.C. § 794(a). 1 The plaintiffs and each of the defendants have filed cross-motions for summary judgment.
