Case Summary
Medea Woods appeals the trial court’s denial of her partial motion to dismiss. She contends that some of the charged crimes for health-care billing fraud fall outside of the statute of limitations, the State fails to provide sufficient facts in the charging information to allege the conceal ment exception, and the crimes do not constitute a continuing wrong.
