HARDY, Judge.
This is a suit in which plaintiff claims compensation for total and permanent disability. Named as defendants were William W. Page, owner and operator of a number of motion picture theaters, his insurer, the Preferred Accident Insurance Company of New York, Mike S. Ohlsen, a building contractor, and his insurer, The American Surety Company. During the pendency of this suit receivership proceedings against the Preferred Accident Insurance Company were instituted in New York.
