Plaintiffs, Rodney Waggoner and Katrina McClure (“Plaintiffs”), bring this action against Defendant, Defendant Deutsche Bank National Trust Company,1 (“Defendant” or “Deutsche Bank”), for violation of Article XVI, Section 50(a)(6) of the Texas Constitution.
