Plaintiff, Thomas L. Craig, seeks judicial review of the decision of defendant, Shirley S. Chater, Commissioner of Social Security (the Commissioner), denying plaintiff s application for disability benefits under Title II of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 401, et seq.
