Plaintiff Dennis K. Matney seeks judicial review of the decision of defendant, Kenneth S. Apfel, Commissioner of Social Security (the Commissioner), denying plaintiffs application for disability benefits under Title II of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 401, et seq.
