MEMORANDUM OPINION
D. MICHAEL LYNN, Bankruptcy Judge.
Before the court is the Order to Show Cause Regarding the Appointment of a Patient Care Ombudsman Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § SSS (the “Order,” at docket no.1 23). By the Order, the court set a hearing (the “Hearing”) pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 333(a)(1) and Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 2 2007.2(a) to consider why a patient care ombudsman should not be appointed in the Case.3
