OPINION Before the Court is Debtor’s motion for a ruling that no patient care ombudsman need be appointed in this bankruptcy case. The United States Trustee (“UST”) objects and contends that an ombudsman is necessary. The Court took evidence and heard arguments of counsel at a final hearing.
